How do I add a tag to a ticket?

Add a label to a ticket in the Web application by filling out the “Add Label” text field. For the Mobile applications, you can add a label by filling in the ‘Label’ text field.

Even after you have created the ticket, you can still add and change labels.

Tip: You can also add or remove one or more labels to multiple tickets at the same time.

Notice: There is a maximum of 15 tags per ticket.
