How do I add tickets to a question in an audit?

It’s possible to add tickets to a question while conducting an audit.

Initiate the audit you want to perform. You can read how to do this in the article ‘How do I initiate an audit?

  1. Answer the audit question;
  2. Click on this icon to the right of the question: Add ticket icon
  3. In the new screen, select one or more tickets you want to add to the audit question or create a new ticket;
  4. Click ‘Back’ to return to the audit;
  5. On the right of the audit question, you can now see how many tickets you have added to the question. Ticket icon added to audit question
  6. Perform the rest of your audit.
  1. Answer the audit question;
  2. Click on this icon to the right of the question: Add ticket icon
  3. In the new screen, select the drawing(s) from which you want to add a ticket;
  4. Return to the top left by clicking the arrow;
  5. Now click on the correct drawing in the overview;
  6. Now add an existing ticket by pressing the ticket and then selecting it in the pop-up menu, or create a new ticket to add;
  7. Press ‘Finish’ to return to the audit;
  8. To the right of the audit question, you see how many tickets you’ve added to the question: Ticket icon added to audit question
  9. Carry out the rest of the audit.

You can choose between adding a new ticket and an existing ticket.
