How do I create a ticket?

The best way to create a ticket is with a mobile device. Making a picture is much simpler that way.

  1. Sign in;
  2. Open the desired project;
  3. On the left side of the screen, select the group of drawings on which you want to create a ticket;
  4. Tap the desired drawing to open it;
  5. Zoom in with two fingers on where the ticket should be;
  6. Tap the location;
  7. If desired, take a photo (this can also be done later) and save the photo;
  8. Tap the photo to illustrate it with a circle or an arrow if desired;
  9. Enter the other fields if desired, such as the e-mail address, description, and end date;
  10. Click Save

The ticket will appear on the drawing now.

  1. Sign in on web.edcontrols.com;
  2. Open the desired project;
  3. On the left side of the screen, select the group of drawing on which you want to create a ticket;
  4. Click on the desired drawing to open it;
  5. Zoom in on the location where the ticket should be;
  6. Click on the green button that says ‘New ticket’;
  7. Click on the correct location on the drawing;
  8. If desired add an existing photo / file from your computer;
  9. Enter the other fields, such as the e-mail address, description, and end date;
  10. Click Save.

The ticket will appear on the drawing now.
