You can now share tickets with subcontractors or team members on both iOS and Android! Simply share the ticket directly from your phone contacts, no email address required!
How it works?
1. In the edit ticket screen, click on the “Share” button. Only users with “Accountable” and “Support” roles see the “Share” button.
2. Choose the role you want to assign to the user.
3. In the native sharing pop-up, select one of the sharing options like WhatsApp, messages, mail, etc.
