The upgraded rich-text editing features are now available on our web and mobile app, making your workflow smoother and more integrated. You can now add links and create/edit tables in the ticket and audit module.
- Link Integration: You can now insert clickable hyperlinks directly into the text fields. This makes referencing external documents or websites really easy, keeping all your resources just a click away.
- Table Management: Organizing information is now easier with the ability to add tables to your text. This feature is incredibly user-friendly, allowing you to add or remove rows and columns as needed.
In the ticket module the link and table are available for description and comment fields. In the audit module it’s available for audit description, template question, multiple choice option, and text box. Whether you’re adding to new tickets or audits, or updating old ones, these features are ready to use.
