What is two-factor authentication?

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is used to verify the identity of digital users.

This is done by requesting at least two supporting documents to prove users’ identity. In addition to a login, that could be a code sent to a mobile phone.

It is possible to enable 2FA in Ed Controls.
