What do I do if my request to add someone hasn’t been received?

Adding someone can fail for a number of reasons.

  • Check whether the e-mail address is correct;
  • Check whether the e-mail has landed in the recipient’s spam folder;
  • Check whether the recipient’s mailbox is full.
