The Responsible is in charge of a ticket.
There is always only one Responsible per ticket. In this way, it is clear who is responsible for resolving that particular ticket.
The Responsible can view the ticket, add photos and/or comments and change the status to complete. This can be done via the app or the browser.
The Responsible of an Audit is also automatically added as a Reporter for all drawings linked to that Audit. This provides immediate access to report issues and create tickets while conducting the Audit.
