How do I forward an assigned ticket?

In Ed Controls, you can forward an assigned ticket to a third party. The Responsible of a ticket is permitted to add a Consulted. This way, the Responsible can collaborate with others better and complete a ticket faster without having to be present on location.

Here’s how it goes:

  1. The Responsible of a ticket adds a Consulted;
  2. The Consulted is notified and can start work;
  3. The Consulted adds photos and accompanying text to the ticket documenting the work performed;
  4. The Responsible sees that the Consulted has processed the ticket correctly and will declare the ticket completed.

This feature pertains to the Ed Controls app and only works within Ed Controls. Forwarding a ticket to a partner who does not use Ed Controls will not work.
