How do I edit a ticket?

Only the Accountable and the Support can edit tickets in their entirety.

The Responsible can report tickets assigned to him or her as complete, accompanied with photos and text.

  1. Log into the app or web.edcontrols.com
  2. Select the project and the relevant drawing.
  3. Click on the ticket to make changes at the bottom of the page. This depends on your authorisations. Only yellow tickets Screenshot Ed Controls can be edited.
  4. Press the Save button at the bottom of the page.
