How do I archive an audit?

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

You can archive an audit as soon as it no longer needs to be active. An audit can be archived by an Accountable or Support.

Here’s how it’s done:

  1. Log in via web.edcontrols.com;
  2. Open the right project;
  3. Go to the Audits tab;
  4. Open the right audit;
  5. Now click on the archive icon archive ticket icon on the right side of the screen;
  6. The audit is now archived.

Note: De-archiving an audit works the same way. At step 5, click on the icon for de-archiving.

  1. Log in using the Ed Controls app;
  2. Make sure the right project is downloaded on your device;
  3. Open the project;
  4. Go to the Audits tab;
  5. Open the right audit;
  6. Now click the archive icon archive ticket icon at the top right of the screen;
  7. The audit is now archived.

Note: De-archiving an audit works the same way. At step 5, click on the icon for de-archiving.

Tip: It is also possible to archive audits from the list of audits. To do this, swipe an audit to the left. Then press the archive icon to archive the audit. De-archiving then works the same way in the list of archived audits.
