How do I archive an audit?

You can archive an audit as soon as it no longer needs to be active. An audit can be archived by an Accountable or Support.

Here’s how it’s done:

  1. Log in via web.edcontrols.com;
  2. Open the right project;
  3. Go to the Audits tab;
  4. Select the Audityou want to archive
  5. Now click on the “Archive” icon at the top of the screen:
  6. The audit is now archived.

It is also possible to archive an Audit when it is open. Then simply click on the same “Archive” icon.

Note: De-archiving an audit works the same way. At step 5, click on the icon for de-archiving.

  1. Log in using the Ed Controls app;
  2. Make sure the right project is downloaded on your device;
  3. Open the project;
  4. Go to the Audits tab;
  5. Open the right audit;
  6. Now click the archive icon archive ticket icon at the top right of the screen;
  7. The audit is now archived.

Note: De-archiving an audit works the same way. At step 5, click on the icon for de-archiving.


Tip: It is also possible to archive audits from the list of audits. To do this, swipe an audit to the left. Then press the archive icon to archive the audit. De-archiving then works the same way in the list of archived audits.
