Can I assign multiple tickets to someone at once?

The Ultimate Responsible and Support roles can assign multiple tickets to another Responsible at once. This action is only available in the Web environment of Ed Controls.

Here’s how it goes:

  1. Log in via web.edcontrols.com;
  2. Open the right project;
  3. Filter and select the tickets in the list that you want to assign to another Responsible;
  4. Now above the list in the ‘Assign to’ bar, type the email address of the new Responsible;
  5. Press Enter to confirm the email address;
  6. The selected tickets are now assigned to the Responsible through the e-mail address provided.
